GC Liner Regeneration
The GC liner (inlet liner) is a central component of the GC system. The sample is vaporized in it, and any adsorption on the glass wall can negatively influence the analysis result. For this reason, the glass surface of the liner is deactivated (inertized). The high temperature in the injector and the components of the sample harm the deactivation of the liner during use and gradually damage it. For this reason, the liners must be replaced regularly.
ISERA offers hochwertige high-quality regeneration of used liners. First, residues on used liners are removed using thermal, mechanical, and chemical processes. The glass surface is then freshly deactivated (inertized) using sophisticated processes. The result is a surface that is at least equivalent to a new liner.
Includes: Cleaning of the GC liner with thermal, mechanical and chemical processes Deactivation of the cleaned surface with IS-1 Inertisation (nonpolar) Conditioning Prices are valid for liner with ordinary contaminations and simple design (see also order form)
Includes: Cleaning of the GC liner with thermal, mechanical and chemical processes Deactivation of the cleaned surface with IS-2 Inertisation (best choice for strong adsorptive analytes) Conditioning Prices are valid for liner with ordinary contaminations and simple design (see also order form)
