Unless otherwise specified, our deliveries are made “DAP delivery address” (INCOTERMS 2020). Unless otherwise specified, the payment term for orders on account is “payable within 14 days without deduction.” ISERA GmbH reserves the right to assign payment options to customers in special cases or to exclude them from certain payment options. For deliveries within Germany, we charge EUR 9.80 (net) for packaging and shipping. For orders over EUR 200.00 (net), we offer free shipping within Germany.
Packaging and shipping costs for deliveries to EU member states and Switzerland are charged at EUR 35.00 (net). For orders over EUR 350.00 (net), delivery is free of charge.
For deliveries that are not sent to an EU member state or Switzerland, we charge the applicable packaging and shipping costs.
No sales tax is shown on invoices for shipments to EU countries (excluding Germany) if the customer provides us with their VAT ID number.
We work with various certified logistics companies to ship goods, depending on the destination and value of the goods.
